At Amisfield Winery, we stand behind the exceptional quality of our organic wines and artisanal products. If you receive a bottle that is damaged or does not meet our rigorous quality standards, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Notify Our Cellar Door
Email our customer service team with your order number and details regarding the issue with your vintage or food item.
- 2.Provide Proof of Purchase
Include a photo of the damaged bottle, cork, or packaging along with your digital receipt to expedite the verification process.
- 3.Secure the Shipment
If a return is requested, carefully repackage the items in their original protective wine shippers to prevent breakage during transit.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once we receive the returned goods or verify the claim, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch a replacement bottle immediately.
